How To Book

If you are interested in booking our Owl Ring Bearer with us, you can either email us at: or call us at 07725716761, and we will check availability.

Please note that before you consider booking with us, we require permission from the venue and the registrar/vicar.

If we are free, to then keep the date in your name, we require a  non-refundable deposit of £100. This will secure the date for you, and you only.

The rest of the money can then be paid either in full or in installments, as long as the full amount is paid a month before the wedding. We also like to offer our couples a special discount, so don’t forget to ask!

If you require a change of date, we are happy to accommodate you as long as that date is free. If it is not free, we will treat your booking as a cancellation. If you have to cancel your wedding for any particular reason, we will try to refund the amounts as shown below. The refunds will not count the £100 non-refundable deposit. 

12 months in advance 100% refund.

9-12 months in advance 75% refund.

6-9 months in advance 50% refund.

3-6 months in advance 25% refund.

Less than 3 months in advance 10% refund.

Less than 1 month in advance, no refund.

If you cancel a wedding after it has been rescheduled, we cannot offer a refund. 

If you have to cancel the wedding for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel within a month of the wedding, we still require half of the calculated total quoted when booking.

If for any reason, we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to offer an alternative, which will be discussed.

When you book a date with us, we hold that date for you only!
